The President and/or Chairperson PCC-NSW Affiliated Organisations
Dear Colleagues in Community Service:
This is just a friendly reminder and a reiteration of our
invitation for you or your organisation's representative to attend the PCC-NSW
Annual General Meeting and Elections to be held on Sunday, 3 February 2008 at
the Pinoy Sentral Restaurant, 5 Good Street, Granville starting at 2:00pm.
Registration starts at 12.30 PM.
With your organisation's active participation and
cooperation and the good teamwork of the PCC Officers and Board Members, we
were able to accomplish many projects/activities and supported our affiliates
in 2007. For this bountiful harvest, let us celebrate and thank you!
Now, may I encourage you to get more involved in the affairs
of the community so that together we can further improve our community, provide
more help and welfare to our people and project a better image of the Filipino.
For those who would like to be a PCC Officer, please submit
nomination forms to the PCC Secretary Elsa Collado and mail to PO Box 823
Granville NSW 2142 or fax to 9743 9363 -making sure that these nominations are
received before 6:00pm on 27 January 2008.
Only Presidents, Chairs or Authorised Representatives of
currently financial organisations are qualified to vote. Proxies can only
participate in discussions. To be financial, please pay your membership
(affiliation) renewal fee in cheque or cash before the AGM.
Please find in the left side of our website, copies of pertinent papers for the PCC AGM and
election sent to you months ago by postal mail.
